Users are responsible for:

  • All activities performed under their account
  • Providing accurate and updated information
  • Ensuring lawful use of the platform

You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach.


4. WhatsApp & Third-Party Integrations

Our platform may integrate with third-party services including:

  • Meta / WhatsApp Business Platform
  • OpenAI
  • Google services
  • Payment gateways
  • External APIs

Users are solely responsible for complying with the terms and policies of these third-party providers.

Meral is not responsible for:

  • WhatsApp account bans
  • Meta policy violations
  • Third-party outages or restrictions
  • Messaging limitations imposed by external providers

5. Acceptable Use Policy

Users may not use the platform to:

  • Send spam or unauthorized messages
  • Violate privacy laws
  • Conduct illegal activities
  • Distribute malware or harmful content

6. Subscription & Payments

11. Account Suspension & Termination

  • Required payments are not completed
